2 weeks in Bangkok for Muay Thai fans: a day-by-day plan

Updated October 19, 2026

The short answer

Train once a day on weekdays, and use the evenings and weekends for fight nights and the city. A good two weeks: 10 training sessions, MBK Fight Night, ONE Lumpinee on Friday, Rajadamnern World Series on Saturday, Wat Pho and Chatuchak on Sunday, and a massage after every session. Here is the exact plan we use.

The plan, day by day

Why it works

  • One session a day leaves time to recover and see the city.
  • The fight nights are spread out, so you are never too tired to enjoy them.
  • The middle weekend breaks up the training and resets your body.

Questions

How many times a day should I train on a 2-week trip?

Once a day is right for most people. You recover better and enjoy more of Bangkok.
